1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, placing a subscription order, or requesting a trial with IBO Player IPTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Provisioning & Single Connection Rule

Each standard subscription plan includes access for one (1) active simultaneous stream. While you are free to configure your playlist on multiple personal devices, attempting to stream simultaneously on more than one device under a single-screen plan may result in stream freezing or automatic temporary session lockout.

3. Lawful & Authorized Content Use

IBO Player IPTV strictly promotes and distributes lawfully licensed and authorized streaming feeds. Subscribers agree not to re-stream, redistribute, capture, or publicly broadcast any stream received through our services. Any commercial re-broadcasting without written authorization will result in immediate termination of the subscription.

4. Third-Party Media Player Applications

Please note that IBO Player is an independent media player software provided by independent software vendors. Any separate application activation fees required by third-party app developers remain separate from our IPTV subscription packages.

5. Internet & Hardware Requirements

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining suitable hardware (Smart TV, Firestick, Android Box) and sufficient high-speed internet bandwidth (minimum 15 Mbps for HD, 30+ Mbps for 4K). Service interruptions caused by local ISP throttling, Wi-Fi interference, or incompatible legacy hardware do not constitute service defects.

6. Modifications to Service

We continuously optimize our server infrastructure and channel lineups. Channels and lineup categories may be updated, replaced, or adjusted from time to time based on licensing rights and server stability.
